Anyone see that Dr. Phil commercial for one of the on-line dating sites?  The woman is typically day-dreaming about her dream man and Dr. Phil pops up and tells her to stop dreaming and get real and active.

I've met a few like that, sometimes the dream man/woman is so.... defined and the person so focused that it's downright creepy.  Or some nutcase fans that are so hooked on a celebrity that they can't live their lives without them.  See that report on the homeless woman fixed on John Cussack?  Or the guy pretending to be a National Security agent to get close to Brad Pitt and Angelina?
